Per everyones recommendations and based on the best information available the marina owner put as many boats as possible on blocks on land. The biggest anticipated threat was from wind, not storm surge. The wind never really materialized but the storm surge was much greater than expected. Boats came off their stands and floated for a bit before they sank ... all the drain plugs had been removed in anticipated of heavy rains ... what a disaster.
