In case you missed the unofficial start of the motorcycle racing season, it got off to a pretty chaotic one last night...

The coolest part of this video is I know all three of the guys in white/blue who are helping the riders; that is what I did when I went to the track (and how I met my hubby Ryan - not after a crash though!). Those dudes are all local guys who are so hardcore they travel to the big races. I've only worked Daytona once, in 1999. It's truly the second best seat at the track.

As as for the commentator's last remark, no, he's not getting back in the race. He might be getting back on the track, but he's not getting back in the race - not even a 200 mile one with a red flagged start!!
