The fact is, it's entirely believable and technically feasible that large communications companies might allow a government back door in exchange for access to a lucrative market.

Just because the memo is fake doesn't mean the contents aren't true.

I tend to believe that the communications companies would install a back door if it makes them money. I can believe that the memo is fake and that the hacker group is trying to get some publicity.
